What are your terms of sale?

Equipment Terms of Sale

A confirming purchase order is required for all orders placed verbally or through email. All products are shipped F.O.B. Peachtree Corners, GA unless indicated otherwise. US and International shipments ay be subject to a service fee of up to $25.00 per order.

What is your return policy?

Products returned to Odyssey must be in original factory condition. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to return.

A restocking charge of 20% is applicable for all returned products. Products returned after 30 days from original ship date will not be accepted for credit.

What is your new product warranty?

Items manufactured by Odyssey Products, Inc. are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.

During the warranty period Odyssey will repair or replace, at its option, components which prove defective. Replacement items will be sent via UPS Ground. Overnight freight will be billed at the full amount if the service is requested. Out of warranty repairs or replacements are subject to freight charges. Equipment must be returned pre-paid to Odyssey.

Defects caused by modifications, misuse, improper installation, accidents or shipping damage cause by inadequate packaging for service return are not covered and will null and void this warranty. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Odyssey prior to returning any products for repair. This number should be marked on all paperwork and packaging.

What is your warranty on repaired products?

Items outside of the "1 Year New Product Warranty" will be provided with a 30 day "parts and labor" warranty on the specific component(s) repaired or replaced. The 30 day warranty also applies to non OEM equipment repaired by Odyssey. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.

Your privacy is very important to us.  Accordingly, we have developed this policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

  • We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective  of fulfilling those purposes

During this COVID-19 Crisis:

We at Odyssey are doing our part to adjust how we do business, and keep our community safe and healthy.  Like most of the country, we are under stay-at-home orders until the end of April.  Please be patient, as we have a limited crew in place.  We can ship urgent orders, and some non-urgent ones, but it may take a little longer than usual. When placing orders, please confirm via email that someone will be available to receive the package. If there is an urgent need, feel free to send the order and we will let you know if we can ship, or the expected time frame for shipment.
